'Living in it' a guide book for being in a Human Body & 'Living as Energy' part 2 of the set.
They are extremely informative, not so much a read straight through kinda book, but a referencebook to flick to the page you need right then.
Heather is at the cutting edge of woman's health issues and she wrote the accupunture course taught at the Australian College of Natural Medicine. Her last book "What dads can do" involving the entire family and all encompassing.
