● The Cave mission

to provide accessible, quality rehearsal and recording space to local musicians.

additional requirements:

pay its rent, generate some money for forest and be self financing (new equipment, repairs etc.)

this is my initial suggestion...
Maybe it could work? But it will be a kaleidoscopic blend of mysterious shadows and rainbow hued-dreams seen through compassionate tears.

what about, to record a number one hit? come on chris - you've read the manual....!
"If something is boring after two minutes, try it for four. If still boring, then eight. Then sixteen. Then thirty-two. Eventually one discovers that it is not boring at all." --John Cage.
