Cave meeting 18/05/07 minutes

Kinda low outcome. but anyway. Following points were made.

- Getting people together to work on the cave, sort it out etc. was being problematic. Hopefully this can be rectified.

-Andrew will take care of the money this week.
Pete will clean the room.

-We need to discuss establishing a weekly rota in which we each take turns doing necessary cave things on a weekly basis.

Future plans:
-Marking all equipment for stage/cave use to prevent loss.
-Organising people to help bands/events prior to or on the night of the event.
