they call us winsome, but we're just hopeless
thinking about this: i think there we should, and i don't know how to say this well, but encourage a debate on why we are here, how volunteering could be beter and to facilitate all manner of problems between staff, management and punter... or something like that.
this is a really important group and i think it could sound more active and proactive. it could really operate philosophically about the nature of volunteering etc....
what do you guys think?

"Volunteers are exceptional people. They work hard to contribute freely to something they believe is important, useful, and deserving of their time. The Forest has run on volunteer power since it opened. It is remarkable, and all are grateful for every single person who contributes.
The Volunteering Working Group endeavors to encourage volunteers to do amazing things here, from contributing to the daily workings of The Forest to helping out in more complex workings.
We also organise the monthly Vollie Party - a little extra 'thank you' for you amazing volunteers."
