(bottomliners)
1. Current situation, conditions and space we can offer
2. Set basic responsabilites/guidelines for future workshops
3. Promotion online and in the café
4. Suggestions/proposals of future workshops.
1.
Limited noise, limited space.
Keep the number of people to a maximum limit of 20 ppl.
Make sure any workshop organizers are fully aware of the space and the usual atmosphere in the café (noise, costumers, people walking downstairs to toilet).
For now, any workshops to happen in café or, if outdoors, organized from café (ex. herb walk). Keep Argyle out at the moment.
Workshops should still be written down on events book (considering space conditions).
Ideally they should happen during the day as there's less chance of having an event on that might disrupt/just not be compatible with workshop - again, make sure everyone is aware of this.
2.
Workshop organizers can have free hot drinks but no meals (space for KMs to manage this - how many people attending, tea for everyone or not, etc).
Workshops must be free. Always free.
We can cover some costs - any proposals on where/how/why to spend to be handled by Cornelia and Margarida.
3.
workshops[at] to return as our email reference for Workshops.
Margarida to get email address details (AP1).
If any workshops need help with promotion, we can do this. We can scan and post posters.
Use website, FB.
Cornelia to print the pillar with blackboard paint so we can use it as a workshop calendar - and another side for working group meetings calendar (AP2).
4.

Drama (Ras Babi)
Letter Writing Club (Cornelia)
