i moved the night lights from last night on the stairs today as was paranoid in case firemen came in and saw them, but they left wax all over the stairs, maybe this is too much of a give away but i was not prepared to scrape wax off, or am i being too paranoid about h and s? is it the theatre people...

as much as i dislike that stuff it may be more quickly effective than us getting new sofas. the chairs in the red room are also known to cause 'discomfort'.
we could spray them on the coming action monday so cafe does not smell for customers?

i don't know that doing the floor in the cafe is wise with us probably not being here long term. it is a big job and expensive and needs the cafe to be closed for a good few days for it to dry properly.

Seed Swap 27th March

There will be a seed swap on Sunday 27th March from 1-5pm, alongside the free shop. The principles are the same, bring seeds, pots, gloves and general gardening paraphernalia to swap. Give what you can and take what you need. I hope to bring some compost and egg boxes for people to plant a seed to s...

i like the idea that dogs can sit on sofas but my friend and his family sat on sofas the other day and they ended up itchy when they got home.
could be the humans of course causing itchiness.
sit at your own risk i say on the sofas!

friday help?

hello
is anyone free to help me on friday afternoon collect a filing cabinet and sundries from somewhere on lawnmarket?
it is not far from the forest and should be walkable if a few people to help? or if someone has a van...does not necessarily have to be a friday.
thanks

yep that old chesnut! so it has been proposed that we put better blinds on the gallery doors. this has come up because we have a resident artist this month and they want to be able to leave things in gallery while they go to loo/ get food without things being tampered with. maybe too late this month...
