Re: message from pogo/magda

Original mail says :

This is an enquiry e-mail via http://www.theforest.org.uk from:
Magdalena Jednorowicz <magda_j@wildmail.com>

Mail goes to pogomac@yahoo.com

Must be a mail link or address on the site that still goes to Pogo's address.

Re: Teenagers- are they all evil?

I'm empty of any suggestion both sensible and technologically plausible. I mean, cameras that emit light is essentially progressing towards holo-Ryan, which is probably still beyond even dorkbot.

I take it tranquility team is pretty much not happening ?

I'm sorry I missed this too. I'd urge more caution on logins, particularly the server access stuff. It's been made a hash of before and I keep it very tight nowadays. I think only Milk and myself have the main details and I prefer to have them passed on directly from me. Saying that, there are certa...

Milk mailed Barnabas the admin but I think he's still left it commented out for now. To be honest I'd be tempted to do the same in his position. I think I'll progress things by asking about a shift to PHP 5.

Gah, I don't know jay, but what a fuckwit. Hate this sort of thing. It's time the forest got a set of stocks to put the incompetents in. How big a drive would we need for the server ? Re: Where is stuff from Old Bluey?

Must be the 500G WD that was the dodgy one. Almost definitely nowhere near full. Hadn't even partitioned the whole thing when it started misbehaving. Unless someone else did which was unlikely at the time. And not so old, it was still quite new when all the office shifting happened. I would take the...

I know one of the drives was dodgy (500GB Maxtor I think) but hopefully not both.

I have another older one that was dieing at home that I managed to get some stuff off. Must search that.

You got space to copy stuff onto Swithun ? I have an external that I got for the purpose ages ago.

Their second is a resolution that's really for HDTV specifically, not what we use, and has a very weak brightness.

Perhaps if we could agree that the Forest will spend say 50 quid on this we could get more gloves.
