Contemporary Dance and Improvisation Workshop

Post by arizoniandreamer » Mon May 30, 2011 6:49 pm

Hi people,

So finally I menaged to set up my workshop on contemporary dance (improvisation) and 'body-building' :D workshop. Come along, it's gonna' be amazing and and probably fun as well. I have about 10 years experience in contemporary dance, mainly in impro and modern dance techniques, but I've never been a teacher before so it's going to be very interesting and challenging for both you and me :)
So that's the stuff!
COME!

FREE
Contemporary Dance and Improvisation Workshop
at the Forest Café every Tuesday and Thursday from 2.30-5pm
starting from the 31st of May (Tuesday)

14.30-15.20 Strengthening and Stretching
15.30-17.00: Contemporary Dance (combination and improvisation)

You can come just for the first or the second part of the workshop, but the best is if you come for both. Barefoot and comfy but not too loose clothing is recommended. Previous experience in dance is not a requirement, class is open to all who are interested in dance and movement. for more info please write an e-mail to the arizoniandreamer@gmail.com address or call 07790566865 and I’ll get back to you!
