"Ever wanted to learn how to defend yourself but don't have the time or the inclination to learn a full Martial Art?"
Self defence @ the Forest is a free workshop designed for absolute beginners using principles, techniques and scenario based methods designed to show how the body moves and what is possible in any situation. Completely informal, the class structure is improvised and adaptive taking source knowledge from a variety of martial practices.
